HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience by two of their stylists today. Mallory and her sidekick were RUDE, hung up the phone while I was speaking to them and gave my son a BUZZ cut despite him asking for longer hair at the top and shorter on the sides. THEY HUNG UP while a customer was speaking to them. I called back 10 times to get the sidekicks name but they did not pick up ... they took advantage of a 14 year old boy who paid full price. My boys have been coming to this place since they were young but with these kinds of people now working for Sports Clip. Never again.
