I have had Therese a few times now and she is always very polite and professional. She is caring and detailed in her work, as well as nice to talk to. I’ve come to request her each time I visit now as she always makes for a great experience.

This place is going down hill. Checked in online and still was waiting after 20 min. Understanble but they couldn’t move any slower. Different people every time I go in. Also the stylists don’t seem to take much pride in their own personal appearance. Weird for a place that specializes in appearance. Used to be good but not now. I’m finding another store.
